Simple message but highly relevant one these days, especially to many youngsters and men and women in their mid 30s and early 40s!

I thought the family members of ‘Emotional Eaters’ can be of great help if they consciously make it a point to always buy fruits and small quantities of nuts, regularly, instead of those oily snacks available in almost every street corner.

Ultimately, it is all about one’s conditioning, especially during the growing-up years, which form habits in an individual. As far as those in their mid-30s and early 40s, hopefully one of the spouses should take charge of the situation. Else it can be a disaster!

I know many families, even today, who straight hit the bakery or the local Chips shop for snacks rather than the fruit stall. People simply can’t accept the fact that even fruits can be snacks!

As you said, all the benefits of the discipline will pay off as one gets into their 50s and 60s!

Keep posting :)
